Rep. Rob Wittman represents Virginia’s 1st congressional district.
On November 9, Rep. Wittman wrote that “every legally cast vote should be counted and every ineligible vote should not.” Despite there being no evidence of ineligible votes being counted, Rep. Wittman began to support failed legal challenges such as the Texas amicus brief and objected to the counting of the electoral college votes.
