Biography

Rep. Mark Green represents Tennessee’s 7th congressional district.

On November 7, Rep. Green tweeted that Pennsylvania’s election results may not be transparent, without any proof. Rep. Green also supported the objection to the counting of electoral votes, an effort meant to undermine our democracy. He made claims that efforts made to make voting easier “could lead to confusion, fraud, and distrust.” Rep. Green also joined efforts to sign the Texas amicus brief that sought to overturn the presidential election results decided by millions of voters across multiple states.

Rep. Green did not vote in support of the bipartisan commission proposal to investigate the Jan. 6 insurrection.

Rep. Green does not care about undermining our democracy and has earned an F.
