The Republican Accountability Project (RAP) launched a $1 million ad campaign targeting U.S. Rep. Gaetz and other GOP lawmakers who spread misinformation questioning the results of the 2020 presidential election and ultimately leading to the Jan. 6 Capitol riot. The campaign urges voters to take a pledge: “If our leaders won’t support democracy, we won’t support them.”
